About
Hello, I’m Stef Renkens, a passionate educator, coach, and aspiring writer with over 10 years of experience in the world of kindergarten education. I’m deeply committed to improving the lives of students and educators alike, always striving to make a positive impact in the world through thoughtful guidance and creative solutions.
In my journey so far, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse cultural settings—having lived, studied, and worked in the USA, Australia, Germany, Belgium, and, of course, the Netherlands. Each of these experiences has enriched my perspective, helping me bring a global view to local challenges. Alongside my teaching, I coach starting teachers, sharing the lessons I’ve learned over the years to help them flourish in their roles.
I am also the proud author of a book and have created a coaching course aimed at inspiring and empowering people. As I look toward the future, I’m eager to combine my expertise with my passion for writing and politics, bringing a fresh, creative perspective to the world of education and coaching and opinion.
When I’m not immersed in teaching or coaching, you’ll find me indulging in my love for music, books, art, and history—my interests which constantly fuel my curiosity and creativity. I’m particularly passionate about international relations, political dynamics, and the stories that shape our world.
My mission is simple: to help schools, educators, and teams grow, evolve, and succeed. Whether you need strategic advice, personalized coaching, or insights into kindergarten education, I’m here to partner with you. With my experience, practical knowledge, and a deep commitment to the craft of teaching, I look forward to collaborating with you to create environments that inspire both educators and students.
